Vice President, Information Services

Gavin Lyons is the Vice President of Information Services for TRIO. He holds a B.Comm. with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan, majoring in computer science. Mr. Lyons has worked in a broad range of private and public sector industries, providing exemplary leadership, knowledge and support to every organization.

Mr. Lyons manages TRIO’s IS department, including IT, Data Management and Biostatistics, ensuring that all regulations, policies, and standards are followed and maintained. He supervises project deadlines, resource allocation, infrastructure management, budgetary requirements, finance and vendor contracts, and all end-user services and IS personnel. He has specific information and communications knowledge of the TRIO information systems and clinical technology platform. Mr. Lyons provides TRIO with the technical ability, creative problem-solving, and communication skills to guide TRIO’s IS department to success.
