We also respect the relationships we have with our customers, as well as the privacy of our employees, patients, healthcare providers, consumers, business partners and others whose personal information may be processed by TRIO in the performance of our services, including individuals participating in our clinical research studies.
When collecting and processing personal data through the implementation and functioning of the www.trioncology.org website, TRIO is considered a ‘data controller’ according to applicable laws and regulations.
You can visit most pages on our site without providing any information about yourself. But sometimes we do need additional information about you in order to provide the material or services you are requesting, and this Privacy Statement intends to explain such data collection and use in such circumstances.

As data subjects, and when your personal data are collected and processed by TRIO within the www.trioncology.org website, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, to get access to your data, and to have a copy of the data processed. You can ask for any correction, amendment, or erasure to your data, and to manage their portability.
TRIO maintains a reasonable level of physical and electronic procedures in order to protect the information that it collects from its website.
